| Waiting to take Hitler's "golden elevator" up to the Eagle's Nest! We had to take a bus to get to this point and then walk through a tunnel to get to the elevator Of course the day we visited was misty & rainy... we were wearing our winter jackets and it was July! Thankfully, there were breaks in the clouds and the view was still spectacular! You could watch the mist and clouds roll around you! |
