Students do warm-up exercises by following a PowerPoint presentation that was created by the PE coaches. The slides are presented and students do the exercise until the next slide comes up; they do the warm up to fun, upbeat music. Some students will also have an opportunity to create Exercise Warm-up PowerPoint Slides to share with all the classes
in the
PEClassroom (powerpoint presentation)
We use a large timer for our Jogger's Club. Studnet have folders that they record thier time in after running a mile. The log is to help students see the improvement that they are making in thier running times.
