Questions and answers
  • How much the community expenditures are? They are 50 euros every three months.
  • Why are you selling the flat? Because we live there only two months a year.
  • How is the flat inside? It is in a very good condition as it has been used very little since it was built.
  • Did you make any changes on it? Yes, security door, aluminium-framed windows, kitchen terrace was closed with sliding glass windows. The bathroom and the kitchen are in their original state. The new owner could change them as they wish without having to pay now for a previous change that could not be of their agreement and which would increase the price.
  • How is the floor like? It is terrazzo tiles.
  • And how are the walls painted? Smooth acrylic latex paint, not "gotelé". Easy to be re-painted as no money has to be invested in removing outdated "gotelé".
  • How high is the ceiling? Two and a half metres.
  • The fact of being on the top floor doesn't make it a hot flat? No, the building roof is V-shaped. There is an isolation space between the flat's ceiling and the building's roof.
Besides this, being on the top means that there are no annoying upstairs neighbours who could be noisy or unclean.
  • Does it have a private parking place? No, but the building has a de-facto private street where all neighbours can park. Anyway, the area is not difficult in this sense.
  • How are the views like? Really very good, 180-degrees wide and permanent.
  • How is the bathroom like? It has a window to the inner terrace. An easy refurbish could enlarge it by taking some space from the terrace. That would make it a beautiful bathroom with direct sun rays from the east.
  • Is it a good place for families with children? Indeed, there is a children's square just in front of the building and a big square at the rear of the building with direct view to the terrace, living room or bedrooms. There are schools, cinemas, games in the surroundings.
  • Is it furnished? Yes, if you want. All furniture is in perfect state. This includes the whole living/dining room, a complete bedroom's furniture with two 1.05 m beds and another complete bedroom's furniture with one 1.35 m bed. The third bedroom has a new embedded bed. We also include a refrigerator, radiator, TV and some other small appliances.
  • How old is the building? We bought the flat directly from the building company in 1979.
  • How many floors are there? The building has 7 floors with 4 flats on each of them. Corridors are light and airy.
  • Does it have cable TV? Yes, by Ono -the cable company providing TV, Internet access and telephone-. The cable installation is already made all the way to our flat.
  • Where do you hang out the clothes? On the inner patio. Direct sun shine and no upstairs neighbourgs' wet clothes.
  • How is the inner patio like? It is a normal one but the good thing is that it gives our flat a lot of light and air because we are at the top.
  • Is this the flat of my dreams? Probably not, our experience tells us that the perfect flat does not exist. You have to consider the permanent features of a flat like:
location, orientation, lift or elevator, light, views that are not to be blocked, nearby services (shops, bus stops, schools), no annoying upstairs people, etc. over other features that the buyer could adapt to their own will, like enlarging the living room or changing the bathroom.
  • May we visit the flat? Yes, sure. Please phone us at (+34) 627.813.212 or email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
