All About David

Now, for those of you who came for me. I live in Breaux Bridge, La. and I was transplanted from TheMe and my brother in New Orleans Bay Area in Northern California. As you can imagine, this is a culture shock. But, this is where the work and the money are at. Yes, you can work in California as an oilfield diver, but the season is so short, that you need to have another job to be able to live a normal money filled life. Unfortunately, I have only been home to visit my family four times since I have moved here. I had the best time in my life the last time I went home, with My wife and girls going camping and sightseeing.I also went to my brothers wedding in Monterey.

When I am at home in Breaux Bridge, you can usually find me working on my rent houses, or working on my own house, or if it is hockey season, I will do my best to get tickets to a Louisiana Ice Gators game. They used toalways sell out, but it is the most entertaining thing to do in Lafayette. I know, hockey in Louisiana? Alligator in a swampBelieve me, It is hot down here, and everyone goes. If you are college age, and like to go to clubs, there is "the strip." It is just a bunch of bars and clubs where all the USL students go to let loose. I have no idea how, but Lafayette has the country's best looking women. I know I married one and she is the hottest thing I have ever seen. She is actually from Florida, But the red hair and the blue eyes were just too much for me. Miss USA is from Breaux Bridge, a little town outside of Lafayette. As far as I am concerned, my wife is My Miss USA. There are also festivals all year 'round, that attract people from all over the world. And of course The Crawfish festival in Breaux Bridge is in may, and Mardi Gras is in February. You can watch the Lafayette parade, or make the 2 hour trip to New Orleans to see the out of control parade. If you are not claustrophobic, and like freak shows then this is for you.

My mom and dad are living in Vacaville, Ca. My dad is the one who gave me my first computer,Louisiana Swampand I just played around with it until I was familiar enough with it to ask my brother what I was doing. He says that I am computer stupid, but I disagree. All I will tell you about him , is that his name is Rob. Well, ok, he is a mechanical engineer. No page is complete without a picture of your parents. My dad is pretty cool, he plays with his computer all day, learning new stuff checking Sunset over the Gulfhis portfolio. My mom loves to sing along with Simon, Alvin, and Theodore. She is the happiest person alive, and I think if she was any happier she would pop.Boy is she a shopper, she can shop like no other. If there is a bargain, she will find it. Her favorite thing is the sorority that she belongs to. Just a bunch of women helping each other and the community.Right now,What lurks in the deepshe works for Jelly Belly. When I am in town, If I am not running errands to get cought up (you try spending your time offshore), I can also be found Ice skating at the hockeyplex, playing street hockey with my buddy Mike, or (usually) With my wife and girls. Cheri is the coolest chick, and extremely beautiful. We also have the cutest daughters Chelsea and Samantha. They are 12 and 10, and a lot of fun. We have a huge house, so guess who gets to work on the house? It's a lot of fun, but I have to whine about something.

I hope you have enjoyed this page. If you like it let me know, or if any of the links become outdated, also let me know. I will research the current links for you. If you would like more information about commercial diving in the Gulf, just let me know. I will get back to you, as soon as I get home.
