HOW TO LINK YOUR LINKSYS Adsl2Mue TO YOUR Wrt54G

When trying to establish internet connectivity through your router the main thing to do is to change the IP address of the router to 192.168.2.1 Rather than 192.168.1.1

WRT54G  Wireless Router  ( IP 192.168.2.1 )

ADSL2MUE   DSL Modem  ( IP 192.168.1.1 )

 

 

  As long as these IP settings are used when networking them together you shouldn't get any problems.

 

  Also its worth setting your modems connection settings as follows:

                                                                                                        Encapsulation:    RFC 2364 PPPoA

                                                                                                                  VPI:                  0

                                                                                                                  VCI:                 38

                                                                                                                  Multiplexing:     VC
