LIW-REUMECH OMC ROOIKAT ARMOURED CAR

{ROThis is another tank with wheels, with a rather large history. Its development began in 1976, and the first production vehicles were delivered just in 1989. LIW designed the turret and weapons systems, while Reumech built the remainig: chassis and stuff. The unit in the pictures shows a 76 mm rifled gun, but there is a 105 mm version firing standard NATO ammunition. As built, all models fit day, night sights, computerised fire control system, fire supression and detection system, and, optionally, fitted with NBC protection. There is a number of models with several weaponry options, as the 35 mm gun, AT missile, 105 mm, twin AA 35 mm guns, and SAM missile AA system.
