Easy 4-Step Procedure

Summary of Steps in Ordering at GamitPinoy:

Step 1: Fill up the Registration Form.

Step 2: Note down your orders, and compute your required payment.

Step 3: Double-check the US$ amount, go to your bank to have the bank draft prepared.

Step 4: Fill up the Orde Form to send the particulars of your purchase to us.

Q: When do I receive my order?

Ordering Procedure:

Step 1: Registration
Fill in the REGISTRATION FORM below to give us your particulars. This form is for cross-checking your email order particulars later. Click the Submit Button below as soon as you're through.

Step 2.
Note down the products you wish to purchase and compute the total value for the order. Make sure you include the applicable delivery charges as shown in the tables below.

For the music CD orders, note that while we will accept a minimum order of 6 CDs, music CD delivery charges are fixed at increments of 12 and 20 CDs. For Cooking Ingredients, per order is from 30-50 packs, For VHS tapes, the minimum order is 6 tapes, in increments of 8.

Step 3.
Make sure that you have the correct US$ total for your order. Having computed this total (goods + applicable delivery charge - see sample computation below), proceed to one of our local bank's correspondent banks in your country (our bank, BPI, has many such correspondent banks - Citibank, B.A., and Wells Fargo, to mention just a few in the United States), and send the required amount to our bank in the Philippines. The particulars are as follows:

Delivery Charges
All packages are delivered as International Priority Mail via FedEx. Except for selected countries (we shall inform you if this is true in your case), standard delivery charges are as follows:

For Music CDs:

Where you are	6-12 CDs	13-20CDs

For Cooking Ingredients:

When do I receive my package?
It would normally take three days for our bank to receive your draft from our correspondent banks abroad. As soon as we receive and confirm this draft with your email, we shall be sending you your package, and it should take about four working days for you to receive it. This means that you should have your package within seven (7) working days from the time you order out for it.

Sample Computation
Assuming that you order 8 CDs at US$ 14.75 each and you are in California, the applicable charges of GOODS + DELIVERY CHARGES in this case would be:

US$ 118 + US$ 37 = US$ 155

Also, expect to pay your bank anywhere from US$ 10 to US$ 25 for the bank draft per transaction, no matter what the dollar value of the transaction is.

Important Notes:
1: Insufficient funds will mean that we may have to make corresponding adjustments on your order.
2: Bank draft charges from your end would perhaps be in the range of from US$ 10 to US$ 25.
