     Units offered at Avida Towers Sucat are affordable and have flexible 

     payment terms. Average price range for the units and its equivalent in US  

     dollars (current prevailing exchange rates) are as follows:

Reservation Fee: A reservation fee of P  20,000.00 (US$ ±385) is needed to hold the unit in behalf of a buyer (except for Spot Cash Payments). This will be deducted from the first month's down payment. Reservation fees are non refundable.

Parking Slots: Buyers have the option of purchasing parking slots at P ±500,000.00 (US$ ±9,615), This is not included in the total unit price.

Association Fees: Association or maintenance fees are approximately 60-75 pesos per sqm.

Tower 1 & 2 are sold out, Tower 3 turnover date is expected at December 2008.
