| A major problem that could permanenty damage your power supply and some major internal components is having the wires to the wrong plug in the outlet. |
| A problem that is very easy to check is to lightly shake your power supply and make sure there are no pieces shaking around inside. If something is shaking around it probably means that you power supply needs to be fixed at a computer expert. |
| A very important thing to keep in mind when checking symptoms of your power supply is don't jump to conclusions. Check to make sure wires are tight and the main breaker switch is on Also if you say stop hearing you fan don't think that means you have to buy a new power supply it could just mean your fan is bad. |
