| The Legend: According to legend, this Pokemon is the Creator of Rainbows. It soars across the skies, traveling the world on it's beautiful seven-colored wings. It is said that the tail of Ho-Oh creates rainbows, which are seen in sky where it has flown. The Pokemon: Ho-Oh, like it's counterpart, Lugia, can be extremely powerful if taught the correct set of attacks.
