extended to our authorized dealers and to all
clients. Our After Sales program entitles
buyers of PHI vehicles to the following benefits:
- Vehicle
maintenance training for mechanics and engineers.
- On-site
repairs.
- Free
labor on first 1,000 kilometers and first 5,000
kilometers check on Hino vehicles.
- One
year or 40,000 kilometers warranty on all Hino
vehicles.

To
further enhance our services and provide for
speedy delivery of client requirements, we have
embarked on a computerization program in several
aspects of our operations. At the heart of this
undertaking is the installation of a Local Area
Network (LAN) which connects some of the company's
computers, thus enabling them to communicate with
each other. This means faster information
retrieval or access for the company's various
departments, which include accounting, parts
inventory, work and inventory tracking systems,
credit and collection systems, personnel
information and design system.
We
have established a corporate-wide database
management and decision system that includes a
marketing database management system and a data
transfer system to enable PHI's factory, head
office and dealers to exchange data
electronically.
