a. there are simultaneous infractions on the court by players from both teams;
b. the ball touches the ceiling or any fixture above the court;
c. the game was interrupted although there was no infraction, and neither team was in possession of the ball;

15:2

15:4
With the exception of one player from each team, all players must remain at least 3 meters away from the referee while the referee-throw is being taken.

The two players who are jumping for the ball shall stand next to the referee, each on the side nearest to his own goal. The ball may be played only after it has reached its highest point (13:1n).
