Select New Game and your Pokemon adventure will start from there. In Pokemon Blue, Red and Yellow version, you will just need to listen to the introduction by Professor Oak and type in your name and your rival's name. In Gold version, you will have to tell Proffessor Oak the time because Pokemon Gold version is a bit special from other versions of Pokemon (excluding Silver version).
