| Overdue Owners Corporation levy fees.Please note that, unless otherwise directed by the members, the Owners Corporations Manager will send a reminder after 30 days and a letter after a further 30 days with an administration charge of $75 if the overdue fees have not been paid and no contact has been made by the owner offering a reason for non-payment. The Owners Corporatons Manager will continue to send letters every 30 days with a $60 administration charge until the overdue amount reaches $1,000, when he will proceed to legal action. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
