| These photos represent the style and colour of balcony awnings approved for installation on the balconies at Pier 9 Please contact the Body Corporate for details of suppliers . Residents may select their own supplier provided the style and colour is adhered to. Clear installations are also approved. |
| To preserve the integrity of the buildings architecture and uniform appearance, the Body Corporate rules require that the Body Corporate approves all fixed additions to the outside of the building, this includes awnings , security doors etc. The Body Corporate has established some standards for these items. |

| APPROVED SECURITY DOOR INSTALLATIONS |
| Security door installations also need to be approved by the Body Corporate. The approved security door has no ornamental work and is a gray/black security mesh with a plain grey/black frame.
