Magnum 200 XL: Cedar Point

          Magnum 200XL was a pretty cool ride.  It is amung Cedar Point's many four star  rollercoasters.  Magnum is a Hyper Coaster featuring a standard out and back layout.  Magnum has some really cool elements, however just like its cousin Steel Force in Dorney Park, it is quite bumpy.  This ride had poor transitions from camel hump to camel hump.  Sometimes it felt as though the ride struggled over each hill.

          It was still alot of fun.  Considering Cedar Point has an overcrowding issue that I feel park management really need to do something about, Magnum's queue was quite short.

         It seems as though we are holding on for dear life in these pictures.  Because we are!!  The train felt as though it would fall apart at the base of every camel hump. 

        Magnum was Liddle's 1st hyper coaster.  She almost crapped a brick when I told her how tall the ride was, and how fast it went.  She tried everything to not ride this monster.  Like, "Oh,  I am very thursty, i'm gonna go and get some pop," and "I think I need to use the bathroom, I'll BRB," and the best one, "Dude, this ride sucks, I am not going to wait here for 45mins to ride a 1 minute coaster."

          All in all, Magnum was a fun ride.  Nice speed, poor transitions over camel humps, cool helixis.  The seating arrangement was okay as well. 
Hyper Coaster - A rollercoaster topping 200 feet and going as fast as 80MPH.  Hyper coasters usually have a simple lap bar, and seat belt for the restraints.  The seating isnt open air, and the trian sits high above the track.

Queue - Pronounced like the letter Q.  Its the line that people wait on to ride the ride.
