This has been one of Phoenix's struggling news stations. Pretty much after 1999, when they moved to their new building, ratings began to drop, mostly since new management had entered and not enough was being done to improving their newscasts. Just until now, KNXV is finally begining to renovate their image to a much better news coverage station. Great graphics, and the music could be a little better, but it's somewhat acceptable.
