It is hard to imagine the number of stars visible on a clear dark night. This timed exposure only gives a hint. Waiting around in the dark lonesome wilderness was a little uneasy. The wind laped water against the rocks on the lake behind me and I could not be sure whether there was some large wild animal splashing along the shoreline or not. But the Lord is always with us, protecting us and keeping us safe. Just as Psalms says, whom shall I fear?
