Read me first.

Hello brothers.

I have included this read-me-first instruction to help you with importing and opening the Speakers database. If you have not already downloaded it from the Internet, let's do that first. For those of you who would like a complete version of the program included a set-up disk, help files and extensive instructions including screen shots and step-by-step instruction. Please mail a Check or Money Order to Fred Meulemeester 308 Simcoe St. Tillsonburg ON Canada N4G 2J6. There will be a small charge to cover my time, shipping and material of $25.00 in US money if shipped to the US or overseas as postage cost more from Canada and $25.00 Canadian if mailed in Canada.

Please note that the program on the Internet is a good working copy. However to keep the size smaller I have not included all the talk titles and number, most of the reports as well as the help files. However you can read or copy the help files and instructions HERE. Please note: Again to keep the page smaller I have not included all the screenshots or pictures that are included on the CD.

Downloading from the Internet.

  1. go to http://www.geocities.com/Paris/Rue/2099/download.htm
  2. click on "Download Speakers Program"
  3. follow instruction as follows. It will ask you; "What would you like to do with this file?" Click on "Save this file to disk." A new dialog box will open and will allow you to save this file just by clicking "Save". However once the file has been saved to your hard drive will you be able to find it? If you are not sure what to do click on "Save In:" and the click on "Desktop". Then when you are ready to open it all you have to do is double click on the folder on your desktop.
  4. The program is Zipped up and so to be able to open the program you will need WINZIP. If you don't have it, you can download it from Winzip

  • After you have downloaded the program from the internet, click on The Speakers Instructions and follow the instructions for installations, set-up and more.

Have a great day. Fred Meulemeester
