Name, e-mail address, phone number, location, how many, when will you arrive and depart, allergies, smoking/non-smoking, can stay with members of opposite sex, need transportation, do you mind sleeping on the floor, etc.

Housing is a complicated, delicate process and takes a lot of time.  Please let us know as soon as you can.  Those who pre-register will have first priority.
