the stable

this is Bree, (or Brianna), my eight year old Pintaloosa mare. She is a very unusual color, being both a tobiano pinto and a varnish roan appaloosa (with all the speckles, dots and stripes you would expect) She is bold, funny and loves to crowhop!

here are Bree and Haji! Haji (El Hajar) is a 25 year old registered Arab (he doesn't look, or act it!), and he is a total sweetheart :) He has the most wonderful "floating" trot, fantastic ground manners and has his work cut out for him keeping Bree in line ! We are constantly amazed by his various talents, including untying knots and negotiating tricky desert trails.

This is Firefly, our yearling, and we think he is just wonderful. We imprinted him at birth, and from that time forward he has just been the sweetest and most beautiful boy. He's turning out to be very tall...already 15hh, and growing!

Say hello to Toby, who will always nicker hello back :) This bundle of mischief surprised us in early October, and has been delighting us with his antics ever since.
