"I met Pat Harris when she came to talk at my school. My class of 8th graders laughed and joked about the session that Pat donated, yet her time was not wasted. In 20 minutes, three of the noisiest girls in the room got very quiet. Although two of those girls eventually left the school, that in itself was a resolution, a healing, that came about through Pat's visit. Pat talks about stopping the bleeding -- and breaking the cycle. I've contributed to the bleeding and I'm making sure I stop the nonsense. Sure, some of what she says makes me say, "Oh, yeah, Wayne Dyer said something like that" or "I read that in the Bible." The point is that I didn't think of that subject but there's a reason why Pat is mentioning it now. She's a catalyst, but not the agent of change. She points the direction, but it is I and you who need to walk our paths. Most of us need reminders, and Pat has a tough loving way of reminding us just what we need to hear ... I'm glad that Pat is duplicating herself and putting her messages on CD and Video. Even while she's resting she can be spreading her message of hope and resolution via DVD and video tape.
