Employees learn how to cope with unusual circumstances that occur in the

work place e.g. the death of an employee, bank robbery etc.

Parents learn how to embrace their children's abilities to learn and grow

and children learn how to communicate with parents based on honesty and

without feeling intimidated which promotes a greater bond and the ability

to grow and learn.

Grief Recovery

The Grief Recovery Program provides the correct action choices that help people

move beyond the pain caused by loss.  It is a twelve-week program which creates

a safe environment in which to look at old beliefs about dealing with loss; to look

at what losses have affected your life; and to take new actions which lead to completion

of the pain attached to one of those losses.

 

Conflict Resolution

Individuals learn to understand from the other person's point of view.  Each person is

heard and explores other options to come to an agreement without hitting, yelling and

name calling.

 

Life Management Skills

Adjusting and adapting to different transitions in life. e.g. from a young boy/girl to

adolescents; from adolescents to adulthood; from a single adult to becoming a parent;

from a young adult to becoming a senior.

 

Self-Esteem Enhancement

Embracing and identifying who you are, learning to love yourself dispute life experiences

both negative and positive.
