In the spring of 2007, Phi Sigma Sigma will celebrate fourteen years as an active chapter. Phi Sigma Sigma is founded on the basis of diversity and inclusiveness.

Numerous events are held to raise money for our philanthropies, including annual World AIDS Day Awareness. Phi Sigma Sigma gives back to the Erie Community by participating in activities such as GIVE Day, Golden Harvest, Day of Caring, the Women's Club of Erie's Christmas Tour, as well as through individual volunteer hours.

In addition, each sister is involved in at least two extracurricular clubs or organizations at Gannon. We have sisters active in Alpha Tau Delta, the nursing fraternity; Activities Programming Board; the PT Club; Women in Science and Engineering; Beta Beta Beta, the biology fraternity, and many others. Many sisters also have on- and off-campus jobs including workstudy for professors and Max & Erma's.

Phi Sigma Sigma also participates in social events such as Homecoming and Greek Week, as well as many sisterhood activities. As a Phi Sig, lifelong bonds of sisterhood are formed and connections throughout campus are made, creating a unique and special college experience. |
