I haven't updated this site in over 2 years, so for those of you who keep an eye on it....(oh, don't lie, I know nobody looks at this thing)
I recently graduated with an MSc in Exercise Nutrition from the University of Western Ontario under the supervision of Dr. Peter Lemon. I presented my research at this year's meeting of the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and hope to pursue publishing the paper as well. My days in London are, however, over. After 2 years of school and an amazing varsity fencing team, I've moved to Gatineau, Qu�bec, to live with Gabrielle. The future is wide open at the present time:)
This fall was a lovely time for me. As I had finished school, I took off on a short bike trip across Ontario and I spent 6 weeks on Lake Huron, sailing, surfing, playing tennis, and seeing many friends and family members. Of note, I, Gabrielle, my brother and his wife put together our first Thanksgiving Dinner! It was, surprisingly, a wonderful success (well, the bird was maybe a little dry, but not too bad).
