| Ok I finally extracted my Digit and cut and shaped the exhaust cones that have been laying around in my garage for the last 2 years or so. Thanks to the use of Oxy set at Bulldog Hire and sales. |
| The shape looks a lot straighter than the old one with the Dog leg removed. Hopefully this will improve performance. |
| As the Old Exhaust fitted the hull nicely, I had to make the hull fit the new Exhaust. Club rules call for a certain amount of clearance between exhausts and Flammable objects such as plywood Decks. |
| Ok one more cut and weld leveled out the pipe a little and brought it in line with the old exhaust isolater mount. (Not that this was done because when I mounted the stinger pipe to the underside of the exhaust it fouled on the deck so i had to cut the pipe and rotate it back to the top.) ;-) |
| The straight through after market 2 stroke silencer looks neat but may prove to be a little louder than i had hoped for Time will tell along with a sound meter. |
