Playing for church homecomings, revivals, anniversaries, birthdays, local fairs, and just about any place where bluegrass and gospel music are enjoyed.

Chad and Vanessa both come from families with musical backgrounds. Their sons are all versatile musicians although they are only in their teens. They were featured on the front page of September 6, 2006 issue of the Parkersburg News and Sentinel because they had received a musical scholarship to the Augusta series in Elkins, WV. Once you hear them play you will find it hard to believe they are young teenagers with less than five years experience. The children are all home-schooled by their mother.

Chad is a self-employed carpenter/builder/electrician and also oversees and helps build new housing under the Habitat umbrella. He lives in the Ripley area of Jackson County.

Philip Jones is the oldest member of the group and the only one who is not one of the family. He has been playing flattop guitar for several years. He works for the WV tax department in Parkersburg.

Want to see and hear the boys play Two Mile Hill, an instrumental they wrote, go to this site on YouTube: "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=shOzWEjgy0Y"

Swanigan plays the flattop guitar for Buck McCumbers and the banjo for Johnny Staats. He is also versatile at the mandolin and his original instrument - the upright bass.
