Thank you very much for considering a DMCI Homes Unit. For your convenience, we have compiled this document of Frequently Asked Questions in order to assist and guide you step-by-step through the reservation, purchasing and move-in process. This FAQ is organized according to four phases, namely: Reservation and Documentary Requirements, Payments, Turnover, Acceptance and Move-In, and finally Transfer of Ownership..

PHASE 1 : Reservation and Documentary Requirements

RESERVING A UNIT

How can I reserve a unit at DMCI Homes?

A house and lot, lot, or condominium unit may be reserved for thirty (30) days by paying a Reservation Fee of 20,000 pesos per unit, and submitting the following documents:

1. Photocopy of two valid IDs (i.e. passport, driver�s license)
2. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
3. Reservation Agreement signed by buyer
4. Buyers Information sheet signed by buyer

Please pay the fee and submit the specified documents within thirty (30) days; otherwise your reservation may be cancelled and the fee be forfeited. In case you have problems acquiring the documents within the specified time or if you need assistance and clarification, please contact our us and we will be happy to help you.

What is a Reservation Agreement?

A Reservation Agreement is a document, which formally expresses the interest of the buyer in purchasing a unit. Its main purpose is for the unit to be set-aside for the client for a certain period of time (in this case, 30 days).

Is my Reservation Fee refundable?

As stipulated in the Reservation Agreement, the Reservation Fee in non-refundable.
