Providing Cost Effective Real Estate in the Philippines

Land Regulations in the Philippines

The land laws in the Philippines in general prohibit ownership of land by non-Philippinos.  The normal methods for foreigners to acquire land in the Philippines are through marriage, acquiring citizenship, through a lease, or with a trust.  A foreigner can lease land for a maximum of 50 years.  We can arrange these leases for you.  A trust actually owns the land and can own it in perpetuity.  The trust holds the land in trust for you.  We can arrange a trust for you at a very low cost, or you can ask a lawyer or a bank to create a trust for you.  Naturally you are responsible for paying the taxes on the land every year -- but you will be shocked when you learn how low the taxes are!
