Puerto Galera - A trip that would require a couple of days at least, is to Puerto Galera. It is an island south of Manila, and takes about 5 hours (land and boat trip) to reach. Here are lots of nice white sand beaches, waterfalls, native villages and plentiful night life. Regular accommodations and food are also very cheap. Puerto Galera is a popular destination for foreigner especially those who do not have the cahnce to go further out and just want to relax on a beach.
