Yang Style Tai Ji (Tai
Chi)
Most Popular Tai Ji Style
The Yang Style Tai Ji Chuan (Supreme Ultimate Boxing) is the most popular and
commonly practiced style in the 21st Century. This can be attributed
to the form and manner of the style with its even and
slow tempo of movements, suitable for both the young and old. In practicing
this style, the whole body is relaxed and moves with maximum smoothness,
minimum interruptions, transferring bodily weight and forces with Yin and Yang dynamic
balance.
