The Malon, who dumps waste and comes from a wormhole that may be Voyager�s only hope of escaping what is known as �The Void�, are killing aliens indigenous to an area where no star systems exist.

An accident fusing Seven�s nanoprobes and the Doc�s mobile emitter leads to the creation of an advanced Borg drone. Seven�s �child� works well with the crew, but soon summons the Borg, intent on taking him.

B�Elanna�s suicidal behavior hinders an assignment to build a new shuttle to retrieve one of their probes hidden in a Gas Giant that is wanted by the Malon who are also building a ship to get the probe.

Voyager discovers a recreation of San Francisco Earth run by members of Species 8472 posing as humans, planning to infiltrate the highest levels of the Federation.
�Once Upon a Time�
The Delta Flyer crashes onto a rocky world, leaving Tuvok, Paris and Samantha Wildman buried under rock and loosing oxygen. Naomi is cared for by Neelix who doesn�t want to tell her of what�s happened.
�Timeless�
Harry and Chakotay, in the future, try to change the past after Voyager is lost with all hands on an icy planet due to an accident while trying to get home with a new propulsion system.
�Infinite Regress�
When Voyager discovers the wreckage of a Borg ship, Seven begins to exhibit the behaviors of all of her victims that she assimilated as a Borg Drone.
�Nothing Human�
B�Elanna is used as a host by a dying alien lifeform. Doc consults a holographic version of a Cardassian Physician. The Cardassian is discovered to have tortured its patients, B�Elanna refuses to be operated on.
�Thirty Days�
Voyager stumbles across a world made up entirely of water that is having a planet-wide crisis. The Moneans ignore Voyager�s warnings, forcing Tom to disobey orders and take matter into his own hands.
�Counterpoint�
Voyager picks up telepathic refugees who are trying to get across a telepathy hating species who submit inspections to vessels crossing their space. One of them defects to Voyager, but is he for real?
�Latent Image�
The Doctor uncovers a conspiracy against him, which leads back to events 18 months ago when he had to choose between two of the crew to treat from an alien attack, having to kill one of them in the process.
�The Bride of Choatica!�
Photonic aliens mistake Tom�s Captain Proton holographic simulation for reality and wage a war against the evil Doctor Choatica, forcing Janeway to play a part in the program in order to free Voyager.
�Gravity�
Tuvok and Paris are stranded on a planet where time is different than normal. Spending months, planet time, on this desert world Tuvok falls for an alien women which pushes the Vulcans principles.
�Bliss�
.Voyager finds a wormhole leading directly to Earth, but Seven and Naomi Wildman make contact with an alien who is tracking a beast that can make you believe what you want to believe.
�Dark Frontier�
Janeway decides to attempt to steal a Transwarp Conduit from a Borg Sphere. When the menacing Borg Queen discovering the heist she decides to contact Seven telling her to join the collective or watch as Voyager is assimilated
�Disease�
Harry Kim falls in love with an alien woman and becomes intimate with her, thereby violating Starfleet protocols. Meanwhile Voyager attempts to help the woman�s people on a massive Generational ship.
�Course: Oblivion�
Voyager and the crew begin to dissolve with no obvious cause, until the crew discovers their true origins that will change their lives and their mission.
�The Fight�
Chakotay must attempt to save Voyager from a �snag� in space as aliens try to communicate through him with hallucinations that he is a wrestler.

Voyager requests the help of a group called the Think Tank from Bounty Hunters, but the leader of the Think Tank will not help Voyager unless they are given Seven of Nine.
�Juggernaught�
Voyager must stop a Malon Freighter that is heading towards a Star, threatening to destroy an entire system. Having to go to the Malon Freighter to stop it an alien creature begins to hunt the crew down.
�Someone to Watch Over Me�
The Doc decides it�s time for Seven�s first dates, but he soon releases that he has developed feelings for his protegee who is oblivious of the Doc�s continuing attraction.

Janeway faces the realization that one of her childhood heroes and distant relative living on Earth in the year 2000 didn�t do anything important when Earth began its Mars Program.
�Relativity�
Seven is contacted by the 29th Century Starfleet Captain, Braxton, who requests that she stops a bomber on Voyager in the past. But she soon discovers the bomber is Braxton in the future.
�Warhead�
A Bomb with artificial intelligence is injured and is brought aboard Voyager, threatening to blow up if he can�t complete his mission.
�Equinox�
Voyager discovers another Federation ship in the Delta Quadrant being attacked by aliens. Janeway soon discovers the Equinox crew to be violating the Prime Directive by murdering the attacking aliens.
