Season Two Recap

�Initiations�
While performing a private ritual, Chakotay accidentally causes a young Kazon to be dishonored and is captured.  Chakotay escapes with the boy onto a dangerous Kazon training area.

�Non Sequitur�
Harry awakens in San Francisco, Earth, in an alternate timeline where his posting on Voyager is rejected and he is now an engineer.  Desperate to get back to Voyager he enlists the help of a worn Tom Paris.

�Parturition�
A warring Neelix and Tom are sent on a mission together and find an alien hatchling, which they must care for. 

�Persistence of Vision�
Overrun with her responsibilities as ships� Captain, Janeway prepares to makes first contact with the Bothan.  The Doc orders her to relax in her holo-novel, but she starts to see holo-images around the ship.

�Tattoo�
Chakotay discovers an ancient presence on a planet that relates to his ancestry, meanwhile, the Doc gives himself a Cold!

�Cold Fire�
Voyager discovers a Caretakers Array with a colony of Ocampa living on it.  One of the Ocampa tries to make Kes join their group, while the Caretakers companion tries to destroy Voyager for killing her mate.

�Maneuvers�
When the Kazon steal a transporter module from Voyager with Seska�s help, Chakotay takes it upon himself to get the technology back, even at the cost of sacrificing himself.

�Resistance�
While looking for a vital resource, Janeway is cared for by an old man who believes she is his daughter who was in fact killed by the same people who have captured B�Elanna and Tuvok.

�Prototype�
A Robot is rescued by Voyager, and takes B�Elanna hostage once it discovers that she can make new Robots to fight in a war between their robot enemies.

�Alliances�
Voyager decides to try to make a truce with Kazon sects, but instead become a pawn in a feud between the Kazon and the people who once held them captive, the Trabe.

�Threshold�
When Tom Paris breaks the Warp 10 Transwarp barrier he begins to change and mutate into something which the Doc can�t explain.  Soon Tom escapes with Voyager, and Captain Janeway.


�Meld�
A murder is committed aboard Voyager and the killer admits to Tuvok, his crime.  But Tuvok isn�t satisfied with the motive of the murder and mind-melds with the killer causing Tuvok to feel murderous urges.

�Dreadnought�
Voyager stumbles across a Cardassian missile that was re-programmed by the Maquis�s B�Elanna Torres.  The missile believes it has found its Cardassian target, which is in fact an innocent world.

�Death Wish�
Voyager accidentally takes a Q out of his prison.  Wanting to kill himself, the Q Continuum agrees to have hearing on Voyager as to whether he can have mortality, and suicide, or not.

�Lifesigns�
The Doctor saves a Vidiian women by placing her into a hologram.  Doc and Danara fall in love, Danara refusing to go back to her original existence.  Meanwhile, Chakotay and Paris come to blows.

�Investigations�
Neelix starts up a morning program and begins a job as a journalist.  When Neelix discovers Tom Paris is leaving Voyager his investigations lead to a possible traitor and informant to the Kazon.

�Deadlock�
Voyager enters Vidiian territory and is nearly destroyed by Proton Bursts that seem to be emanating from nowhere, until Kes is transported onto another Voyager, undamaged and venting Protons.

�Innocence�
Tuvok�s shuttle crashes on a moon where three children have also crashed and are alone, claiming a monster lives on the planet and that their people wish to kill them

�The Thaw�
Harry becomes trapped in a computer program that taps into the minds of its user and creates what ever they want.  Because the users had doubts about their survival the artificial intelligence is fear.

�Tuvix�
A transporter accident creates a Tuvok/Neelix hybrid that begins a new life aboard Voyager.  When the process can be reversed, a moral decision must be made as to whether Tuvix can live.

�Resolutions�
Janeway and Chakotay must leave Voyager and stay on a world together after contracting a deadly disease only curable by the aggressive Vidiian�s. 

�Basics�
The crew investigates a message from Seska who says she has Chakotay�s child and that the child is in danger, but Chakotay doesn�t trust the situation.
