Frank and Quincy are just like you and me.  The only difference is, when we talk on the telephone...they listen!  Frank and Quincy are amateur PHREAKERS.  Using a phone scanner, they tap into local phone frequencies, hearing everything from the Preacher reading from the Bible to the beautiful temptress that lives upstairs, Angel.

During one PHREAKING session, Frank and Quincy hear that someone is leaving a mysterious briefcase in a park. They decide to make a run for it, and they convince Angel to help them make the steal. But just when Frank and Quincy think they've pulled off the ultimate heist, they soon realize they're in over their heads, because they're not the only ones listening in!
