AN ENGLISH LECTURE POEM

Can you analyze this?
My feelings are here on a sheet of paper-
Yet all you care about is my tone.
Am I upset, melancholy, exuberant?
What is my theme?  My mood?  My reason for writing?
Do you care?
Are you sleeping through this lesson,
Lying in a puddle of your own drool?
What was I thinking when I wrote this?
Was I wearing green or red or black?
Did a lover thwart me
Or did I attend Oxford for ten years?
Does it matter?
Does it make my deepest dream
more valid to your report?
Or does it make my soul more public to you?
So you can say the structure is
Bland and in iambic tetrameter.
Look out- I might use a metaphor-extended or implied.
So, what is my tone and find the diction.
Let the heart of this poem be trampled on
So that you can do your grammatical psychoanalysis on me.
Thank you, Freudian English teachers.
