The log file is usually
located in your Windows\Internet Logs Folder in a file called "ZALog.txt"
What
operating systems does ZA Log Tool run on? (Return

ZA Log Tool has only been
tested on Window 98, in theory it should run on Window 95 and Windows 2000
What
are those little icons that say "R" and "L"?

"R" -stands for remote (An
alert that was generated from an outside source, such as the internet)
"L" - stands for local (An
alert that was generated from an internal source, such as program trying
to access the internet.)
How

Depending on how you would
like to sort the list, click the column title and it will automatically
sort the lists.
How
do I modify the log from within ZA Log Tool? (Return

ZA Log Tool does not allow
modification of the Zone Alarm Log File.
What
is an ARIN Lookup?

An ARIN lookup allows you
to find the registered owners of a particular IP or set of IP addresses.
The lookup ability in ZA Log Tool will start your default browser and query
the ARIN database.
What
is Portlist.txt? (Return to Top)
"Portlist.txt" is the text
file that ZA Log Tool references to find port descriptions.
How
do I add port descriptions to Portlist.txt? (Return
to Top)
To add entries to the port
information file:
1. Open "portlist.txt" in
a text-editor
2. On a new line enter the
information in the following format: [port #]:[Description]
Example (To add port information about Finger enter the following on a new line): 79:Finger
