It offers the functionality to do several things...including sort the log file by specific categories, check destination ports against a port information list, and offer the ability to perform an ARIN Whois on a source IP address with a simple click. | | The AO Newbie FAQ - I got this idea after noticing that alot of posts to the forums on the popular security site, AntiOnline, were redundant. Questions about trojan removal programs, firewall software, and other topics are commonly asked and information is usually repeated. To reduce the amount of repeated information, I am currently finding redundant topics and assembling a text file of member posts that will contain a FAQ for new users to look at before posting questions that may be a repeat of an earlier discussed topic. |
