�Oh bloody hell!� Webber said sweating and roughed up from fighting the more skilled Erik. He watched helplessly as the phantoms all mock fought among themselves, moving around swiftly, and decisively. The girls also watched the fighting, but instead of feeling helpless they were quite pleased with the idea. �Is it just me, or when they are wearing those masks?� Kiki began. �No no, it�s the outfit.� Amy finished. �Are we pathetic?� Kiki asked. �I don�t know should we really care?� Amy responded. �No...� Kiki said smiling, thinking about a few moments previously. They all moved about ducking punches as well as side stepping kicks until a loud shot rang out through the building and demanded everyone to stop and be silent. �Give up Webber for you cannot win. If you don�t know which is your precious Banderas then you won�t harm the others.� Kiki declared from the sidelines beside Amy. �Do you really think your childish attempts will stop me?� Andrew said revealing the revolver the made the previous shot. �I can kill you all! All of you! I do not care which is Banderas or not!� He said quickly grabbing Amy and holding the gun to her head. �NO!� Ted screamed and took a step forward, only to have Erik jump out and restrain him. �Stay back, he�s bluffing.� Erik said to him only with a touch of worry in his voice. �You may think so Monsieur le phantome! But I kid you not! AHAHAHA! Your feeble attempt did not foil me for I know you are Erik, he is Ted and once I kill this little tart and grab the other there we will see who Michael is...� He said viciously displaying his evil nature. Ted could only continue to watch helplessly as Erik held him back. He knew Michael would be trying to do the same as Erik if it did not completely ruin the plan. It would be too obvious, and after all why would Antonio hold him away from saving his love? It was then that the imbecile himself spoke up. �What is going on yes? I, Antonio have a splitting head ache.� One of the Phantoms said and sat down. �Looks like I won�t need to kill the little tramps to flush you out.� He said loosening his grip on Amy making everyone let out a sigh of relief. �Not that that wont stop me!� He yelled and quickly grabbed Kiki as well. �NO!� Michael said and soon it wasn�t only Ted trying to reach the woman he loved. �Stay back you to or I will make it a painful experience for them both.� He said giggling frivolously like a hyenna. �Don�t do this Webber!� Amy said fearful for the first time the entire night. �You all laugh at me, make fun, mock my pain! But you don�t know what it�s like to be me! What it�s like to love then loose it to a budding career and a better looking man... Well maybe you do Erik, but that�s not the point!� He said watching them all like hawks. �So now, new plan, instead of making you wait for the movie to come out, I shall kill you all, starting with the women you love so I can see your faces when I do so.� �Amy...� Ted choked out helplessly and reached towards her. �It�s not your fault.� She cried softly. Michael and Kiki did not speak verbally, they knew how each other felt as Kiki saw his heart breaking within his eyes, he saw how she wanted to comfort and love him. �I love you.� She whispered only to have him sadly smile. �How touching,� The little music madman smarmily said, �I have just a few last things to tell you all before you die. My little advice for the afterlife, never fall for your co-star, or write a part for your wife. Lastly never mix music, business and love together, it always ends BADLY!� �With that, you die.� He said calmly. Amy and Kiki both closed their eyes in terror. One they did not want to see the look of their love�s anguished faces and they were waiting for the inevitable bullet sound that would kill one of them first, followed shortly by the other. There hearts skipped a beat, and when that bang did come, it was not the sound of a gun going off, but instead of the man behind them moan and his arms dropping from them. To terrified to open their eyes, they stood together, not breathing and waiting for something terrible to happen. �NO!� Amy screamed as she felt arms gently encompass her �Shh, it�s all right, it�s over I�m here honey,� she heard Ted whisper in her ear. Suddenly, she opened her eyes to see it was his arms she was in. instantly she clung to him and began laughing in relief. Their ordeal was over, and they made it out alive. �Kiki,� She heard Michael�s voice ask her and bring her into his arms. �Sweetheart, are you all right?� He asked and stroked her neck, �I thought I lost you. Kiki darling, please talk to me.� He said pulling her away so he could look in her face. �Am I dead?� she asked looking up in his face. Slowly he lowered his lips to hers and kissed her tenderly. �Do you still think so?� He asked her pulling away. He watched her dilberate for a moment then a smile appeared on her face. �I don�t know, ask me again.� Laughing they kissed again. �Hey you two,� Ted called to Kiki and Michael who reluctantly pulled apart. �And they make fun of us.� He whispered in Amy�s ear who in return giggled and kissed him quickly. �What happened?� Kiki asked. �I don�t know, we were watching you two then all of a sudden Andrew just went ouf, and fell.� Ted said. �I can explain that.� Erik said and walked towards them. They all looked up to see him standing a bit away, however a new person had joined the group. Whoever it was, they wore black slacks and a cloak. �Erik, we�re sorry, we shouldn�t do that.� Ted said sincerely, and politely holding Amy�s hand. �Why not?� He asked amused. �It�s just, well you know.� Michael said. �Oh that�s alright,� He said softly as his dark eyes casting down to his feet. �We are sorry Erik, we know we always proclaim our undying love to you and only you. But that was before we met Ted and Michael.� Amy said the names with love overflowing in her voice. �It�s quite alright, believe me, excuse me a moment?� he said and walked away from them towards dark figure. They all watched as Erik, without hesitation dipped his face down and kissed the other being with passion. Slowly the two bodies pulled apart. �Madamoiselles and Monseiurs this is the person who rescued you.� he said smiling and pulled back the hood covering the person's face. To everyone�s astonishement a beautiful blue eyed woman stood before them. Her brown chestnut curls fell down her back and she smiled sweetly towards them. �Write a part for your wife, ha! Show�s what he knows.� The woman said cynnically towards the body on the floor. �Your's turned out fine didn't it?� Laughing Erik once more cupped the lovely face between his hands and kissed the woman ferverantly. �What took you so long?� He asked finally pulling away again and wrapping his arms around her waist. �Oh god, I had to deal with our OTHER problem first.� She said, �Besides, I thought you could handle this one yourself.� Smiling at eachother they kissed again in front of the other four people who were still standing in awe. �Is that?� Kiki whispered. �I think it is...� Amy answered. When the two finally pulled away, Erik was the first to speak. �Angel, I would like you to meet my friends.� �Friends? My aren�t we the little social butterfly this evening.� She said bemused, however when he took her by the hand she followed smoothly as he guided her towards the two other couples. �Everyone, I would like you to meet my wife, Christine.� * T B C * |
