The Founding Four all had to write a story as do all of the new members who join. The Founding Four will always be in charge unless some horrible crime is committed. If this occurs, the others in charge will decide a new person to fill the job, though the Founding Four will always be the Founding Four. Noone may replace them in that respect.
Currently, there are two divisions of PSH, the South Division, where the President is in charge, and the North Division, where the Co-President is in charge. Cuurently, South Division is in Oceanside, CA, and North Division in in Lake Elsinore, CA. They are approx. an hour appart when traveling in a car going on the freeway. More divisions may be made at a later date if say a person in the UK joins our clan. Then we may make a UK division of our clan.Or, if someone in Maine decides to join, we may make an East Division.
