Baking secrets I have learned:
#1.When baking desserts, always move oven rack to the slot just above center of oven to avoid over cooking the bottom of whatever dessert you're making.
And, #2. Always cook for the lowest time shown. Then, if not quite done, check on in 2 minute increments from there. It's amazing how something can go from too gooey to burnt in 3 minutes [ask me how I know this...]--so trust me on the 2 minute thing.
