Ok, I'm not a picture person but I'll try to add some later. About me...well. I am bascily a big kid at heart. I still like to play outdoors and get muddy. I love my daughters and enjoy doing things with them. We talk all the time. Polly and I married when Toni was 12 so I know what it is like to suddenly have an older child in my home that is not my biological child but I am responsible for and who is now my family. It is hard but very much worth it!
I love our new baby girl. She is wonderful, even with the lack of sleep. I would like us to have a few more children. Perhaps no babies, until I'm rested again!
I am doing what I can to educate myself about taking care of different aged kids with different issues & interests. It is hard to do when you do not know who you will be adopting yet. I just want to be able meet all their needs or at least know where to find people who can or who can help us do that.
I am a union plumber. I work on commercial construction. I have been with A. D. Jacobson for 8 years now. I am a fourth generation Local 8 member. I enjoy my work and the people I work with very much.
I also am a drafter and woodworker. I am a Hot Wheels collector but I am nice and will occasionally share my toys with others (wife makes me). I hunt, fish, bowl, water ski, and like to bounce unsuspecting kids off the inner tube every summer. We have lots of pets who I really like too (except the cats but don't tell my wife).
