We have been building
custom made bicyle frames for quite some time now. This for us is
more an hobby activity then a business activity. With
the Internet we can have a world wide exposure.

Shipping/Handling Policy:
- Actually we are still tuning the online Ordering procedure, but so far we have understood that at best it should
work like this:
1)You choose the products that you want to buy, fill
up your order form, submit.
2)Regardless of the payment method
that you have selected, a preliminary order is e-mailed to us.
3) we
approve the order and e-mail back to you the final order, with final
price and delivery information.
4) Then you do the real payment,
according to your preferred method.

5) We receive the real payment and we
start the Frame building process, or we ship if the item is already
available.
We will try to ship as much as possible with the postal service.
Because most of the frames will be shipped from Italy, the starting postal service will be the Italian Postal Service.
The Italian Postal Service got recently privatized, that created several changes in their prices, to the point that we are currently not capable of pre-listing the shipping cost per destination. Please, discuss with us the shipping method and price options.
We will try to have the delivery done within 2
months from the payment reception date.
The Shipping will be
generated most of the times from Italy.
Shipping will have a tracking
number.
The delivery vector will be your country postal
service.
The travelling time of the package is normally under 10 days
+ the time spent at the Customs. Normally for the USA the time spent to
clear Customs is 2 or 3 days. For Taiwan, 1 or 2 days.
For Japan 2 or
3 days.
For Italy 3 to 6 weeks!
We will send some digital
pictures to update about the status of the frame building
procedure.
Handling currency will be the one specified by the
Merchant Web Site Provider. In this case, www.geocities.com, therefore
US$.
Privacy Policy:
- Lineup Bicycles will never sell or trade your information including
your e-mail address.
Return Policy:
- We will apply a restocking fee or 30% on frames returned within 12
months from the delivery date.
30% is due to the Custom Made
features that will be lost.
12 months is due to the fact that it
takes time to assemble the bike with the frame, and it take times to
test it and to see if the dimensions are really OK. Then it takes time
again to unassemble the bike and to ship back the frame.
Beyond
12 months the restocking fee will be of 50%.
The returned product
has to be at resellable
conditions.
