How you become interested in fitness?
I love the competition and the thrill of going up against others,
and the crowd always gets you pumped up. It's a rush! I love it!
I used to cheer in high school and play softball now! I have always
loved competing in some way.
PFB:
When you started to do excersices?
I started working out when I was 22, I'm 25 now!

PFB:
What do you do in your spare time?
I read! I read anything from Tom Clancy novels to fitness
magazines. I also love to see action movies and TaeBo (kickingboxing)
is my favorite cardio exercise. Releaves a lot of stress!
PFB:
What is your favorite Fitness or Bodybuilder?
Monica Brandt, Jenny Worth, and Laura Mak are my favorite fitness
athletes! Too hard to choose any one of them! I have met Laura and
talked with her many times.
PFB:
Which is your goal?
To win the Fitness America Competition one day!
PFB:
What music do you like?
Hip Hop type music is great to work out too, but classical is nice
to sooth and calm your nerves.
