1. To order, you are required to fill in all the necessary details into the order form below.
2. Indicate the quantity you would like to order.
3. Kindly also provide a valid address where the order can be delivered to.
4. Orders will be delivered via courier service to the address submitted in the order form. (Charges are stated in the next section below).
5. Please allow 3 working days for processing of order and delivery.
6. Request for refunds or returns will not be entertained.
DELIVERY:
1. A RM5.00 is chargeable for courier service for order of 1 unit only.
2. For order of more than 1 unit per order, delivery is free of charge.
PAYMENT:
1. The amount of payment due will include delivery cost if only 1 unit is ordered.
2. For orders of more than 1 unit, delivery cost will be waived.
Example:
Scenario 1:
Unit ordered: 1
Total payment due: RM 40.00 (product price) + RM 5.00 (delivery) = RM 45.00
Scenario 2:
Unit ordered: 5
Total payment due: RM 40.00 (product price) x 5 = RM 200.00
3. Amount due should be banked into either one of the accounts stated below and indicated in the order form.
