Maté

According to Pércio de Moraes Branco  - Tchê Journal- for appreciating a good maté it's necessary to observe some rules.

 1. Don't ask for sugar.

 2. Don't say the maté is too hot.

 3. Don't be ashamed of the noisy at the end.

 4. Don't stir the gourd.

 5. Don't change the order.

 6. Don't "sleep" with the gourd in your hand.

 7. Don't condemn the house's owner for being the first to drink.

 8. Don't say that "chimarrão" causes throat cancer.
