Since July 2002 (tentativeº), my private home phone (Phone number: 91-471-2471790) is being wiretapped/phone tapped using high tech wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices.

Details of Wiretapping/Phone tapping committed by the alleged suspects
1. phone tapping using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices and gossiping about others private telephone conversation in the surrounding community
2. continuous audio visual surveillance, day in and day out, using high tech wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices

Being high tech spy devices, it will be VERY HARD² to detect its use for covert wiretapping.

I hereby file a petition for investigation and crime redressal³.

º The date given for specific crime commencement is tentative. For example, the victim has given the date of wiretapping/phone tapping using spy devices as only from Friday, July 12, 2002, whereas it is highly likely that the use of such devices commenced long before, maybe in 2001 or even before that. On such and such date, when specific experiences were noted by the victim, the date was thus fixed by him. In other words, such a crime was ongoing as of that fixed date. The specific crime could have been ongoing EVEN BEFORE that date fixed by the victim, which only the suspects know precisely - from when they commenced their specific covert activity with sexual exploitation as hidden agenda.

Noted instances of wiretapping/phone tapping, other than from the home phone number 91-471-2471790
(The zooming spy devices being currently in use by the stalking groups can zoom onto any telephone, public or private, and covertly eavesdrop on the to and fro conversation. The stalkers are physically present at a far away safe distance, to avoid visual detection. Thus the wiretap being external, without even interfering internally with the telephone network, I wonder how the law enforcement can verify the following instances of phone tapping? Conventional methods of wiretapping detection (obtaining phone call details from the respective nearest telephone exchange), as used so far by the Indian police and elsewhere are all outdated. Detailed interrogation of the named suspects followed by tests like lie detector test, could be the only effective alternative, based on the victim’s allegation of repeated privacy violation.)

1. voyeurism using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices with associated shaming/humiliation and defamation where private matters within bathroom/toilets are covertly shown to interested and like-minded public (mentally perverted members of the Thiruvananthapuram city community who can’t afford to own wireless spy devices BUT are deeply interested in covertly watching and enjoying other’s nakedness, nudity, changing clothes, undressing, taking shower/bathing, passing urine, defecating, washing anus etc in the closed privacy of bathroom/toilets, whether in their own home or elsewhere like physical health centers, gymnasium or kalari, trains, places of worship etc)
2. covert monitoring (for sexual gratification and arousal) of intimate privacy within neighboring house bedrooms using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices along with other interested peeping tom men and women
a. how do women sleep
b. how do men sleep
c. how do couples sleep in a single bed
i. observing the precise details of the various “intimate” activities they do together
(Note: It is heard some men and women voyeurs even record(*) others intimate details like sexual sounds (audio), sexual acts (video) etc for distribution to like-minded perverts for “private” use.)

Being high tech spy devices, it will be VERY HARD² to detect its use for covert voyeurism.

(*) The cyber victim notes the instance occurred on Friday night/Saturday early morning February 6/7 2004 (Tentative) involving the medical representative, the cabaret dancer and the old woman, where apart from 24 hour audio visual surveillance using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices, private and intimate scenes are also recorded and copies (photocopies of visuals; audio recordings if any…)sold to interested parties (perverted members of community, foreigners…I don’t know whether holders of such private information approach the internet, say pornographic websites for further dissemination of information…free or pay to view…which I leave for the law enforcement to verify…on how far covert privacy violation can go, in modern times)as …Such is so and so doing in bed…Such is so and so emitting while in sleep…Such is so and so doing while taking shower…Such is so and so in nude…etc
In other words just like people buy a car or auto rickshaw and then release it on to the public roads  “For Hire” as a tourist vehicle (taxi), to make money, so too the practice of putting a certain investment in these high tech spy devices and living on…covertly spying other’s personal and intimate matters. We have perverted families living (earning a day-to-day livelihood) on others privacy like leeches or mosquitoes living on the blood of strangers! You covertly record others intimate things and sell to interested parties as a “return on investment” to the money spend…a monetary addition (what a business knack!) to the covert sexual arousal and gratification which you obtain through the visual monitoring of intimate scenes in the neighborhood. Otherwise how can you get monetary return to the investment you made…how far can you give the equipment you brought with your hard earned money, “for lease” elsewhere…so you explore alternate ways for financial return…

3. detailed monitoring of internet surfing details since January/February 2001. Reading others private emails, chats etc using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices – to whom email is send, from whom email is received, what are the contents of email send or received, with whom chatting is done, what is being chatted upon, what are the websites being visited, what are the materials being downloaded from internet etc.

(The zooming spy devices being currently in use by the stalking groups can zoom onto any computer, public (say, in any internet café) or private, and covertly eavesdrop on whatever that comes up on the computer screen as well as what you type on the keyboard. 2. covert monitoring (for sexual gratification and arousal) of intimate privacy within neighboring house bedrooms using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices along with other interested peeping tom men and women

a. covert eavesdropping on private family conversations or chit chat within moving vehicles (private vehicle: family car; public vehicles: auto rickshaws, public transport buses, trains) and gossiping such personal information elsewhere to other nosy members of the Thiruvananthapuram city community and others
Note: The surveillance range of the satellite based zooming devices currently in use by the stalking groups extend over 3000+ kilometers. Whatever you do within that range is precisely spied upon - whatever you speak, read, write, takes notes with pen and paper whether it be in vast open fields/grounds, within buildings, in darkness or within moving vehicles like trains etc. The stalking groups covertly monitor without leaving their observation posts, say, hundreds of kilometers away.  And they need not physically pursue you to keep tabs. To see each other face-to face, once in a while, they stage run-ins or coincidences very precisely, and well planned (so that it looks so natural…), with other accomplices closely monitoring the whole episode, for any errors or lapses, from far away with spy equipment. Within this surveillance range, the satellite based zooming spy devices also allow the stalkers to wiretap specific telephone or computer hack specific computers by reading whatever is there or comes up on the computer screen (private emails etc.). In other words, these devices zoom onto private telephone conversation as well as computer hack from a distance any private or public telephone or computer.
10. covert stealing of debit and credit card PIN numbers, as and when punched on ATM machines
11. wiretapping/phone tapping using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices and gossiping about others private telephone conversation to the surrounding community
12. continuous audio visual surveillance, day in and day out, using high tech wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices
13. “shadow” sexual harassment and sexual baiting based on tracking information gathered from the continuous use of wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices. For example: where can the person go on a specific day, the person’s routine timetable or the normal timing for leaving residence for work/study etc. Using such information, coincidences or run-ins are staged.
14. defamation - by spreading private matters including personal and family secrets accessed covertly through wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices around the surrounding community as gossip along with additional cooked up or made-up malicious slander for incrimination

1. voyeurism using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices with associated shaming/humiliation and defamation where private matters within bathroom/toilets are covertly shown to interested and like-minded public (mentally perverted members of the Thiruvananthapuram city community who can’t afford to own wireless spy devices BUT are deeply interested in covertly watching and enjoying other’s nakedness, nudity, changing clothes, undressing, taking shower/bathing, passing urine, defecating, washing anus etc in the closed privacy of bathroom/toilets, whether in their own home or elsewhere like physical health centers, gymnasium or kalari, trains, places of worship  etc)
2. covert monitoring (for sexual gratification and arousal) of intimate privacy within neighboring house bedrooms using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices along with other interested peeping tom men and women
a. how do women sleep
b. how do men sleep
c. how do couples sleep in a single bed
i. observing the precise details of the various “intimate” activities they do together in bed and elsewhere
(Note: It is heard some men and women voyeurs even record(*) others intimate details like sexual sounds (audio), sexual acts (video) etc for distribution to like-minded perverts for “private” use.)
3. trespassing other’s premises including computers (computer hacking and cyber stalking), private home, private toilets within personal residence, private family car etc covertly using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices
4. reading other’s private letters received by surface mail using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices (from a far away distance)
5. detailed monitoring of internet surfing details since January/February 2001. Reading others private emails, chats etc using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices – to whom email is send, from whom email is received, what are the contents of email send or received, with whom chatting is done, what is being chatted upon, what are the websites being visited, what are the materials being downloaded from internet etc.
6. covert stealing of intellectual property (and even covertly making money from other’s intellectual efforts by selling photocopies of the computer hacked material)
7. stealing the cyber victim’s email and website passwords using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices and passing on that “secret” information to other interested members of the public along with gossip – such a covert distribution of secret passwords has CURRENTLY left the cyber victim’s email and website accounts prone to attack from any quarter, from anyone out there – for email impersonation, for content modification of web pages by inserting malicious slander or deleting offensive information concerning the predators or their accomplices, for defacing or deleting the whole web pages; (Note: with persistent round the clock use of the spy devices for audio-visual surveillance, the privacy violation has reached a stage akin to human tagging where there is no point in changing passwords frequently; for whatever be the changed password, with the spy devices, they detect that also! - as if they have complete rights on others personal accounts whether it be internet (email or website) or financial bank accounts)
8. covert stealing of financial bank details like credit card and debit card account numbers
9. covert vehicle following and satellite tracking using portable wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices
a. covert eavesdropping on private family conversations or chit chat within moving vehicles (private vehicle: family car; public vehicles: auto rickshaws, public transport buses, trains) and gossiping such personal information elsewhere to other nosy members of the Thiruvananthapuram city community and others
Note: The surveillance range of the satellite based zooming devices currently in use by the stalking groups extend over 3000+ kilometers. Whatever you do within that range is precisely spied upon - whatever you speak, read, write, takes notes with pen and paper whether it be in vast open fields/grounds, within buildings, in darkness or within moving vehicles like trains etc. The stalking groups covertly monitor without leaving their observation posts, say, hundreds of kilometers away.  And they need not physically pursue you to keep tabs. To see each other face-to face, once in a while, they stage run-ins or coincidences very precisely, and well planned (so that it looks so natural…), with other accomplices closely monitoring the whole episode, for any errors or lapses, from far away with spy equipment. Within this surveillance range, the satellite based zooming spy devices also allow the stalkers to wiretap specific telephone or computer hack specific computers by reading whatever is there or comes up on the computer screen (private emails etc.). In other words, these devices zoom onto private telephone conversation as well as computer hack from a distance any private or public telephone or computer.
10. covert stealing of debit and credit card PIN numbers, as and when punched on ATM machines
11. wiretapping/phone tapping using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices and gossiping about others private telephone conversation to the surrounding community
12. continuous audio visual surveillance, day in and day out, using high tech wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices
13. “shadow” sexual harassment and sexual baiting based on tracking information gathered from the continuous use of wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices. For example: where can the person go on a specific day, the person’s routine timetable or the normal timing for leaving residence for work/study etc. Using such information, coincidences or run-ins are staged.
14. defamation - by spreading private matters including personal and family secrets accessed covertly through wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices around the surrounding community as gossip along with additional cooked up or made-up malicious slander for incrimination
15. bribing the concerned authorities like the law enforcement personnel to shut up, to turn the other way, to cover-up the ongoing cyber crime, satellite tracking/human tagging
16. unlawful prevention of crime investigation by contacting by means of email, fax messages etc those whom the cyber victim has petitioned – the petition information being obtained instantaneously by means of computer hacking, cyber stalking using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices

Being high tech spy devices, it will be VERY HARD² to detect its use for audio visual surveillance – to indulge in covert voyeurism, wiretapping and privacy violation.

5. stealing the cyber victim’s email and website passwords using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices and passing on that “secret” information to other interested members of the public along with gossip – such a covert distribution of secret passwords has CURRENTLY left the cyber victim’s email and website accounts prone to attack from any quarter, from anyone out there – for email impersonation, for content modification of web pages by inserting malicious slander or deleting offensive information concerning the predators or their accomplices, for defacing or deleting the whole web pages; (Note: with persistent round the clock use of the spy devices for audio-visual surveillance, the privacy violation has reached a stage where there is no point in changing passwords frequently; for whatever be the changed password, with the spy devices, they detect that also! - as if they have complete rights on others personal accounts whether it be internet (email or website) or financial bank accounts)

8. unlawful prevention of crime investigation by contacting by means of email, fax messages etc those whom the cyber victim has petitioned – the petition information being obtained instantaneously by means of computer hacking, cyber stalking using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices

Note: The surveillance range of the satellite based zooming devices currently in use by the stalking groups extend over 3000+ kilometers. Whatever you do within that range is precisely spied upon - whatever you speak, read, write, takes notes with pen and paper whether it be in vast open fields/grounds, within buildings, in darkness or within moving vehicles like trains etc. The stalking groups covertly monitor without leaving their observation posts, say, hundreds of kilometers away.  And they need not physically pursue you to keep tabs. The churidar one and 2 or 3 others are standing as a group in the middle of the by-lane…couple of them had an embarrassed face and one of them got a plastic bag (similar to the one, the textile shops give, on purchasing cloths) into which a saree-clad woman is putting something in…just to show they are busy…and doing something…to look like a natural action sequence…just at the instance, the stalking victim walked past by…
Another young woman with a paper pad was standing nearby…to give additional meaning…maybe these women had something to do with the hospital…

Since October 2000, my personal home computer is being computer hacked.

The gist of the complaint¹ is as follows:

Details of Cyber Crime committed by the alleged suspects since 2000
1. trespassing other’s premises including computers (computer hacking and cyber stalking), private home, private toilets within personal residence, private family car etc covertly using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices
2. whatever information that comes up on my personal home computer system screen gets illegally accessed upon using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices
3. detailed monitoring of internet surfing details since January/February 2001. Reading others private emails, chats etc using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices – to whom email is send, from whom email is received, what are the contents of email send or received, with whom chatting is done, what is being chatted upon, what are the websites being visited, what are the materials being downloaded from internet etc.
4. covert stealing of intellectual property (and even covertly making money from other’s intellectual efforts by selling photocopies of the computer hacked material)
5. stealing the cyber victim’s email and website passwords using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices and passing on that “secret” information to other interested members of the public along with gossip – such a covert distribution of secret passwords has CURRENTLY left the cyber victim’s email and website accounts prone to attack from any quarter, from anyone out there – for email impersonation, for content modification of web pages by inserting malicious slander or deleting offensive information concerning the predators or their accomplices, for defacing or deleting the whole web pages; (Note: with persistent round the clock use of the spy devices for audio-visual surveillance, the privacy violation has reached a stage where there is no point in changing passwords frequently; for whatever be the changed password, with the spy devices, they detect that also! - as if they have complete rights on others personal accounts whether it be internet (email or website) or financial bank accounts)
6. covert stealing of financial bank details like credit card and debit card account numbers
7. bribing the concerned authorities like the law enforcement personnel to shut up, to turn the other way, to cover-up the cyber crime
8. unlawful prevention of crime investigation by contacting by means of email, fax messages etc those whom the cyber victim has petitioned – the petition information being obtained instantaneously by means of computer hacking, cyber stalking using wireless spy devices/satellite based zooming spy devices

Being high tech spy devices, it will be VERY HARD² to detect its use for covert cyber crime.

I hereby file a petition for investigation and crime redressal³.

The irony of the cyber crime/cyber stalking is, it is being conducted during office hours, from a DOEACC accredited computer institution, with the proprietor being one of the key computer hackers!

Some say, the woman used to work as a cabaret dancer

Plump and fat; short height; fair complexion
Young, 17-25 years old.

Suspect 3
An old woman, the mother of the woman stalker, abets the cyber crime process. Also takes part in voyeurism along with other suspects.

Australian citizen
Short height - around 5 feet; Medium built.
Fair complexion; small pointed nose.
Around 30-35 years old; pretty
White complexion. European origin (Irish?).
Speaks a European language (Irish?) in addition to English.

A Brahmin family comprising an elderly man (voyeur), a middle-aged woman and a young woman (voyeur). Close accomplices of suspects 1-3.

Noted instances of cyber crime, other than from the Thiruvananthapuram home computer
(The zooming spy devices being currently in use by the stalking groups can zoom onto any computer, public (say, in any internet café) or private, and covertly eavesdrop on whatever that comes up on the computer screen as well as what you type on the keyboard. For example, content of private emails, your email or website ids or account names as well as your respective passwords to login. The stalkers are physically present at a far away safe distance, to avoid visual detection. Thus the computer hacking being external, without even interfering internally with the computer network, I wonder how the law enforcement can verify the following instances of cyber crime? Conventional methods of cyber crime detection (obtaining email details from the respective Internet Service Provider (ISP), dismantling the “violated” computer for any hardware spy bug), as used so far by the Indian police and elsewhere are all outdated. Detailed interrogation of the named suspects followed by tests like lie detector test, could be the only effective alternative, based on the victim’s allegation of repeated privacy violation.)

I thought IP address was a unique identifier to the specific computer used…to the internet café. All the above IP addresses were obtaining by using WWW: http://www.whatismyipaddress.com. I wonder, why all the IP addresses are THE SAME!!. Are the different internet cafes in that town using the same Internet Service Provider (ISP) and thus a common IP address? Something is wrong somewhere…
