* Fourth Show * 10 pm Saturday
      THIS WAS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  First off, we're front row, right in front of Peter, totally hepped up on Coke, and it's our final show.  Next thing we know, four giggling girls in Monkeemen costumes show up at the table next to us.  They'd been pulled to the front and put on the backstage list.  We introduced ourselves and made them promise to get us backstage.  Between those four and my friend and I there were 2 Micky fans, 3 Peter fans and 1 Davy fan.  We were ready and rearin' to go.  Kim and I knew the show so well we could quote all the jokes, and we had those three roses with us.        When the guys came out, we screamed.  When they sang, we screamed.  When they looked at us, we screamed.  When they passed by, we screamed and reached for their legs, their hands, anything!  They guys seem to have it down just how far away from the stage edge you have to stand to be just out of the arm's length of a 13 year old girl.  My fingers brushed Micky's pants, but other than that we couldn't get at them.  Then, during 'I Wanna Be Free' Davy came over, and knelt right in front of us!  We screamed, then reached for him, and he was close enough!  First we grabbed his outstreached hand, then we went for the shirt.  We were standing there tugging on it while he sang, and then he walked off.
      It was amazing!  Peter kept making faces at us, and the audience was laughing at us because we screamed so much.  Micky made fun of us (Check out
the quotes)  and the brass dancers and Natural waved to us, and we screamed for them.  I even tried to grab Ben's pants, which made him laugh 'cause I knew perfectly well I could see him after the show, but I was just swept up in it all.
      When Micky impersonated his Dad with the little Opera bit, I hit him with a rose.  The audience laughed, and we screamed.  He put it in his teeth, took it out, put it on the stage and went on.  During Davy's swing song, we handed him his rose.  He had quite a time holding the microphone, the rose and his hat, but he managed it and gave the rose to the pianist at the end.  Peter had a more unique approach to his flower.  We threw it at him after his Bach piece, and it landed under his piano.  He bent down and picked it up, and bit it!  Tore off a couple of petals and stood there eating it!  Then he put it down 'cause they had to play 'I'm A Believer.'  We screamed our heads off.  We got all of them to touch our hands at the end, and then it came time to get backstage!
     We centered ourselves in the group of six (The four girls and their two sisters) and barged through the door.  The guard was yelling 'There's only supposed to be six!' but their manager was too busy telling us the rules: No yelling, no screaming, no jumping, no touching them, any shit and we're out.  We were more than happy to oblige, seeing as we weren't even supposed to be there!  So, we get put in this back room with about 15 other people.  Ten minutes pass, and Peter shows up.  We took a picture with him, tried to jog his memory about the last time we met, got his autographs on our pictures and Kim's stomach and that's about it.  We took more pictures of him as he walked around signing other people's stuff and talking to this girl ( different one than the night before ) and then, he left!  He had stayed about 10 minutes, which was nice, he signed everything people wanted, but where I really get cheesed is that we waited for about 20 more minutes, then the message comes back that Davy and Micky just rounded up the guards to take them back to their room through the secret elevator and we all have to leave.  Come on guys!  Anyway, we waited outside for about another 2 hours waiting to talk to Natural for the last time.  We said bye and traded e-mail addresses, and lo and behold, who walks by but Davy's kids!  We said Hi to Talia and told her how much we liked her Dad, next thing we know she's rounded up her sisters to pose for a pic with us!  We heard one of them calling 'Wait Mom' and we finally realized who Davy's friend Linda was.  It was his ex-wife.  We were just about dead, so we went back to the room, and were gone the next morning.

* In Retrospect *

Awsome concert, awsome people, I'm already working on building a fan page for Natural, but Micky, Davy and Peter, work on your fan skills!  The die-hards aren't the ones who get backstage because they have connections, the die-hards are the ones waiting until 3 in the morning to be told that you've snuck off.  I forgot to mention this, but Kim and I even wrote a letter after Friday night and sent J from Natural off with it to give to the guys.  He said he gave it right to Davy.  It explained we came all the way from California and had to leave Sunday.  We said we love you guys and just want to shake your hand, and could we please come out so at least the diehards could meet you.  We didn't hear anything back.  I don't know if he didn't read it or didn't care, it's just kinda, ya know, hurtful that they don't care enough to come out.  I know they're old and tired, but they could pull it together for just a few minutes.  At 3 am, there were just us and 2 other people left, so it wasn't like it'd be a mob.  Anyway, it was really cool and I had a great time save that.

Pictures, you want pictures?  Yeah, they're
over here.
Oooh, concert quotes!
