Shipping
In
case of shipping the kittens will not leave our house until
16 weeks of age, because it also conforms to the minimum age
for showing and transport by air.
Shipping
is an additional service that we could provide to purchaser.
All shipping costs must be paid in advance because all those
costs must be paid to the vet , Official office and Airport
where the flight originates. Airlines do not accept animals
for shipment on a C.O.D. basis.
Shipping
expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. For International
shipping, you are required to pay any additional requirements
costs like all shipping, special cage, quarantine, and/or specials
health certificate.
Shipping
costs include the shipping itself, ranging from $150 to $800,
the pet carrier which will run $40-$80 (depend of the size and
type) and the international health certificate documents which
will be $50. Airlines will not take an animal without the health
certificate confirming the animal is healthy enough to fly and
has received a rabies vaccination. Kittens also cannot be shipped
before the age of 4 months. This is an airlines requirement.
All
shipping, insurance and airline carrier charges shall be paid
by the purchaser. They are not included in the cat sale price.
The
seller is not liable for cats lost or stolen after acceptance
by the airline carrier. It is the responsibility of the purchaser
to file a claim with the airline if shipments are lost, damaged,
or delayed, resulting in mortality.
Some
airlines will allow you to carry a cat or kitten in the cabin
with you. The extra charges for that are usually between $50
to $400 (as well as your ticket, of course). The pet carrier
and health certificate are still required, but the age restriction
is lifted. Pet carriers come in several styles and sizes. If
you provide your own carrier, be sure it will fit under the
airline seat. You can mail the carrier back to us by paying
the postage and affixing a mailing label to the cage top. No
other special packaging is required.
The
nearest large airport to Buenos Aires (D.F.) is Ezeiza International
