Health Guarantee
All
of our cats have a complete unconditional health guarantee for
the first 5 days. You are welcome/encouraged to take your new
family member to the veterinarian of your choice for a complete
physical exam.
We
guarantee your kitten/cat to be healthy upon delivery to you,
an international Vet Health Certificate will accompany it.
This
is a live animal. The claims of guaranteeing an animal to be
free from life-affecting problems for years are beyond possibility
in reality. We ask that within 72 hours of delivery that you
take your new kitten/cat to your Veterinarian to establish a
Vet/client/pet relationship.
Any
claim of unsatisfactory health must be made in writing, from
your Vet, within this time period, if not done as per this agreement
any problem determined at a later date will not be considered
by this cattery as having been within our control before, or
at the time of, delivery. Bottom line, this must be established,
in writing, per a Veterinarian, dated within 72 hours of delivery,
or any guarantee is void.
IF
it should be established that there is a serious health issue
upon delivery the kitten/cat will be replaced it with one of
equal quality if it is not within reason to treat Vet diagnosed
problem. We've never had this happen, but again, we are dealing
with live animals & strange things happen occasionally.
We
reserve the right to make the final decision, in consultation
with your diagnosing Vet, regarding whether treatment is feasible
& reasonable, or replacement is necessary, if a cat/kitten
is injured in shipping or found to be ill upon arrival.
We
reserve the right to make the final choice in any placement
of a “kitten or cat” from this cattery. If we do
not feel that a prospective home is right for our kitten/cat
we reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person/home that
we are not comfortable with for any reason.
If
anything is found to be unacceptable, we will replace your kitten
(less the cost of shipping and health certificate) for other
kitten or cat.
In
addition, since occasionally it takes time for something to
show up we offer a one year guarantee against any congenital
birth defect.
