We did this one...we made a large heart (about 2 1/2" across) and a small heart (about 1" across) on the large heart we painted both hearts to match then glued a little bow and a ribbon with little beads (what ever you choose) on each heart and then we glued a piece of ribbon from the tip of the larger heart to the center of the top of the smaller heart. On the larger heart we wrote "Visiting Teaching" on the smaller heart we wrote on one side "Do it" and on the other side" Done"

I still have mine after about 6 years

--I have seen something that was made out of wood.  It had a piece of wood at the top where the magnet was attached to the back and it had a ribbon with a wood heart attached to it.  It was painted and said "to do" or "done". On the piece of wood at the top you could paint something like "Charity Never Faileth", "Visiting Teaching", a scripture or quote glued on or even just a cute decal or sticker.  Just a thought.
